Our teams are more than just colleagues, they are part of a family. From meeting people across different teams during induction to participating in company wide events, our staff build strong connections throughout the organisation. Our internal staff app also keeps us connected and is the perfect platform for sharing activity inspiration.

Fennies is the perfect size - not too big and not too small. We are small enough for everyone to know each other and make a significant impact, yet big enough to have robust support from other sites and support teams. This balance creates a strong sense of community and connection, underpinned by our family-founded and family-run ethos.
