Polly takes family run business to a whole new level, with both her sister and daughter also working alongside her at Fennies.
What helps you stay connected with your communities?
Having a transparent support system, to ensure families feel connected and a core part of the nursery.
What’s something you have loved about your Early Years Career so far?
Making a positive impact since joining the management team at Fennies Kidbrooke.
What’s your ambition to help improve the Early Years Sector?
Embedding the children’s cultural capital in the nursery to tailor the education to suit the unique needs of each family and child.
What’s a fun fact that makes you stand out?
Charlotte has climbed 2 out of the 3 peaks in the UK, showcasing her resilience and determination.
What helps you stay connected with your communities?
Utilising the community centre next door to our nursery to help parents connect with other parents.
What’s something you have loved about your Early Years Career so far?
Being able to work at multiple Fennies sites and from those opportunities, helping more people grow within their roles.
What’s your ambition to help improve the Early Years Sector?
Collaborate with the team to continue providing nurturing environments that enhance the intellectual and emotional growth of children.
What’s a fun fact that makes you stand out?
Viktor is actually a triplet! So he’s great at communication and embodies what it means to ‘Come Together’.
What helps you stay connected with your communities?
Taking the time to stop and listen to people and families, helping build relationships with them on a more personal, deeper level.
What’s something you have loved about your Early Years Career so far?
How different every day is, and how much fun work is. Being able to be creative and expressive at work is truly a blessing.
What’s your ambition to help improve the Early Years Sector?
To make as many people who work outside of the industry aware of the importance and impact that Early Years has on the future generation.
Fees
Fees received late will incur an administrative charge of £30.
Fees include meals, snacks, milk for infants, nappies and extracurricular activities.
Fee increases are calculated every year in July based on the previous year’s running costs and are applied in September’s invoice.
