Nicola has over 30 years of experience working in the Early Years tackling many challenges that the industry regularly presents. Nicola has successfully led teams to achieve ‘Outstanding’ outcomes during inspections and in everyday practice. More recently, she headed up training and quality for a large provider, leading a team of specialists supporting various nursery teams and managers to take steps towards success in providing high-quality childcare.

Nikki is truly passionate about providing children with the best possible start in their learning journeys, a passion that has been passed down through her family. Her mother has always been an advocate for the significance of nurturing and educating children under the age of five. She instilled in Nikki the understanding that these early years are critical for a child’s development, laying the foundation for their future learning and growth.

Fees received late will incur an administrative charge of £30.
Fees include meals, snacks, milk for infants, nappies and extracurricular activities.
Fee increases are calculated every year in July based on the previous year’s running costs and are applied in September’s invoice.

While we don’t have formal partnerships with particular prep schools, we are dedicated to supporting your child in securing a place at the school of your choice. Yes! We have an amazing garden at Fennies Horley, Albert Road, that spans across the whole nursery, giving every room free-flow access, enabling children to seamlessly transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. We place great value on the advantages of outdoor learning. It provides a canvas for their imaginations to soar, nurtures their mental well-being by offering a refreshing escape, channels their boundless energy into active play, and plays a pivotal role in their physical development.
Our baby room at Fennies Horley, Albert Road has a sensory experience for the children to enjoy. Our sensory environments are designed to be age-appropriate, immersing children in a setting that sparks their natural curiosity and fosters exploration of movement and communication.
As much as the room may appear overly spacious, it allows for the furniture and soft dividers to be used to create dedicated, separate areas, maintaining a secure environment. All furniture used at Fennies Horley, Albert Road is tailored to the developmental needs of each age group. By creating these separate areas, the team can conduct activities in smaller groups to allow them to use the space effectively. Baby rooms strictly operate with a ratio of 1:3 and each child has a key person, ensuring that all children are provided with adequate levels of attention that they require to remain safe and also continue their development through Early Years.
