What’s a fun fact that makes you stand out?
Sarah loves to bake, especially with the children whenever there is the chance to. Her favourite is a triple chocolate brownie!
What helps you stay connected with your communities?
Connecting with local dentists, the church and care homes to try and arrange visits to give the children people to connect with.
What’s something you have loved about your Early Years Career so far?
The annual graduation day, being able to remember where the children joined Fennies from and how far they’ve come.
What’s your ambition to help improve the Early Years Sector?
Ensuring children leave the nursery “life ready” rather than just “school ready” so they are best prepared for what the future holds.

What’s a fun fact that makes you stand out?
Priya once tested her limits by going skydiving, displaying her willingness to try new things and stretch herself out of her comfort zone.
What helps you stay connected with your communities?
Forming partnerships with local businesses such as the dentist and library to help raise awareness within the community.
What’s something you have loved about your Early Years Career so far?
Having a positive impact on the environment and culture at a nursery setting, it’s a rewarding feeling seeing the change.
What’s your ambition to help improve the Early Years Sector?
Place more emphasis on music and movement based activities to help the children develop and grow.

What’s a fun fact that makes you stand out?
Rebecca is a keen drummer and has been for a long time, showcasing her willingness to continue learning throughout her life.
What helps you stay connected with your communities?
Being a familiar face at sites, visiting them regularly to ensure they feel supported and valued.
What’s something you have loved about your Early Years Career so far?
The type of people that you get to work with, everyone is so aligned in providing nurturing care for young children.
What’s your ambition to help improve the Early Years Sector?
To always be readily available to answer questions, help people or talk whenever needed to ensure the highest quality in our sector.

Fees
Fees received late will incur an administrative charge of £30.
Fees include meals, snacks, milk for infants, nappies and extracurricular activities.
Fee increases are calculated every year in July based on the previous year’s running costs and are applied in September’s invoice.
