Early Years Job Roles At Fennies

What Do You Need to Work in a Nursery?
Spending time helping children to learn and grow is an amazing privilege, as is being invited into what are the most important stages in their development. Those early interactions are shaping the way they will learn and grow, so, if you are considering whether Early Years is for you, the fundamental place to start from is 'Do I love working with children?'. We want those passionate educators who are committed to nurturing each child in their care.
We will support you in your Early Years practice to ensure sound knowledge and to build your career. What we will need from you is your willingness to be hands-on and to take the initiative across a room, your friendly and welcoming nature to your colleagues, your personable and supportive approach to our families, and fundamentally, a love for supporting under-5s.
