What’s a fun fact that makes you stand out?
Suki obtained a music degree from university before entering the Early Years industry, showcasing her love for artistic based learning.
What helps you stay connected with your communities?
Regularly planning trips to the local food bank and care home to connect with members of the surrounding area.
What’s something you have loved about your Early Years Career so far?
Collaborating with the team and families to create a Time Capsule box to embrace the diversity and culture at the nursery.
What’s your ambition to help improve the Early Years Sector?
Introduce more music within the curriculum to help provide engaging and nurturing education for the children.

What’s a fun fact that makes you stand out?
Rose currently has a 600+ day streak on Duolingo learning Spanish, demonstrating how learning never stops.
What helps you stay connected with your communities?
Linking with businesses in the local community such as the Food Bank and Care Home to ensure the nursery has a positive impact on those around them.
What’s something you have loved about your Early Years Career so far?
Progressing from Room Leader to Deputy Manager, gaining valuable insight into Fennies as a whole along the journey.
What’s your ambition to help improve the Early Years Sector?
Introducing yoga sessions for the children, with it being proven to benefit both mental and physical well-being.

What’s a fun fact that makes you stand out?
Abi used to be a deputy manager at a nursery herself before working in Admissions.
What helps you stay connected with your communities?
Having regular visits to the nurseries, helping her form strong bonds with the team.
What’s something you have loved about your Early Years Career so far?
Getting to work with good, nice people and being able to help make their and parents' lives easier.
What’s your ambition to help improve the Early Years Sector?
Always being available, regularly checking in with parents and accommodating wherever possible.

Fees
Fees received late will incur an administrative charge of £30.
Fees include meals, snacks, milk for infants, nappies and extracurricular activities.
Fee increases are calculated every year in July based on the previous year’s running costs and are applied in September’s invoice.
