What’s a fun fact that makes you stand out?
Sophie once set up a ‘Forest School’ programme from scratch, helping it become one of the children’s favourite learning experiences.
What helps you stay connected with your communities?
Seeing a team come together and being able to support them in their roles, helping inspire them to become strong independent leaders.
What’s something you have loved about your Early Years Career so far?
The duality of it! It's not just about creating high quality learning spaces for children, it's about empowering adults who shape the children too!

What’s a fun fact that makes you stand out?
Joey has worked in the Early Years sector for 17 years, showcasing his lifelong passion for educating and supporting children.
What helps you stay connected with your communities?
Placing emphasis on well-being, ensuring the setting harnesses a welcoming environment to ensure the team, children and parents are happy.
What’s something you have loved about your Early Years Career so far?
Seeing children’s progression from Explorers to Inventors, knowing you’ve been able to have a positive impact on their holistic development.
What’s your ambition to help improve the Early Years Sector?
Organising more events to help foster parent partnerships and increase their involvement to ensure they feel valued.

What’s a fun fact that makes you stand out?
Abi used to be a deputy manager at a nursery herself before working in Admissions.
What helps you stay connected with your communities?
Having regular visits to the nurseries, helping her form strong bonds with the team.
What’s something you have loved about your Early Years Career so far?
Getting to work with good, nice people and being able to help make their and parents' lives easier.
What’s your ambition to help improve the Early Years Sector?
Always being available, regularly checking in with parents and accommodating wherever possible.

Fees
Fees received late will incur an administrative charge of £30.
Fees include meals, snacks, milk for infants, nappies and extracurricular activities.
Fee increases are calculated every year in July based on the previous year’s running costs and are applied in September’s invoice.
