We offer Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeships, designed to help you “earn while you learn” and gain practical experience in childcare while studying for a recognised qualification.
Yes. Fennies supports unqualified team members by providing full training and hands-on experience, helping you develop the skills needed to succeed in the Early Years sector.
Our apprentices can take on Nursery Practitioner roles at different levels. Whether you are beginning your career or have childcare experience, we can match you with a role that fits your skills and goals.
Anyone with a passion for working with children can apply, whether you are new to the sector or already have some experience in childcare. No formal qualifications are required to get started.
You will work in a nurturing environment with guidance from experienced mentors. This ensures you gain practical knowledge, confidence, and the professional skills needed for a long-term career in Early Years.
You will develop key childcare skills, including supporting children’s development, planning activities and learning daily nursery operations. This hands-on experience is combined with formal training for a complete learning journey.
The duration depends on the level of apprenticeship (Level 2 or 3) and can take up to 20 months but with some shorter options available. All of our programs combine workplace learning with formal study to ensure you complete your qualification fully prepared for your career.
After completing your apprenticeship, you can progress to senior nursery roles or continue your professional development within Fennies, building a long-term career in Early Years education.
