- 500g chicken breast
- 200g yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tikka masala paste
- 400g canned tomatoes
- 200ml coconut milk
- Fresh coriander

What To Do
1. Marinate chicken in yogurt and tikka masala paste for at least 30 minutes.
2. Grill or bake the chicken until cooked through.
3. In a saucepan, cook tomatoes and coconut milk until simmering.
4. Add chicken to the sauce and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
5. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with rice.
